Fetch is owned and run by Joanne Cooper who is passionate about dogs and their welfare.
Having worked within the media industry for many years Joanne identified a need over ten years ago for a service that enabled people to work but still have the benefits and pleasure of owning a dog. She also saw that offering such a service allowed her to spend more time with her own dogs.
